Fuck these guys, worst fanbase outside of the state of Michigan. The OSU of the south
That’s Tennessee. They showed their ass with all of their antics (the Rocky Top Waffle House loop-thing, putting their T logo on city signs, Neyland North, “we’re planting the flag on the 50, etc) only to be thoroughly humiliated last night.

UGA fans are as bad as OSU fans on 247. Looked at thier board today and they are delusional thinking they are the best team in football right now.

As a third party objective fan, how do you see this one shaping up?
Man, that’s a tough one. This will definitely be Notre Dame’s most physical opponent — like a charged up A&M. In the SEC Championship, they basically said we’re going to run right at you and out physical you, and it worked.

In an odd way, i think the loss of Beck is an addition by subtraction for them. But, having your first career start against the ND defense and in a Playoff game is no way ideal. They also don’t have the skill players like they used to, so this game will most likely be won in the tranches and by the team that commits the fewest mistakes (ie, no turnovers).

Notre Dame can definitely beat them — and it wouldn’t surprise me if they did. I think Leonard has to make plays with his arm, though, to keep Georgia honest.

21-20 Notre Dame

Thats fair. Its hard sometimes to know if as fans were drinking our own kool-aid but most of us feel this is the fastest most physical team we have had in a long time. Having an incredible stable of RBs to go with a mobile QB and an elite defense gives us confidence, but always wonder if other people without a horse in the race, or a narrative to sell, see the same thing we see.

Everything depends on the health of Rylie Mills, Rocco and Bryce Young (and obviously J. Love).

At full health (B Mo, Traore, Botelho), I'd take the Irish and I'd feel confident. With the currently injured players, I have my doubts. If we get news that Mills or Rocco or Young are out, I lose optimism.

We're already down so many players, we can't absorb that many more key losses. Especially on the lines. Georgia is physical and we have to slow their run game or the levy will break. Their athleticism at the skill positions is too much if we can't pressure the QB into bad decisions.

On the flip, I think we have a hard time moving the ball consistently. We have to hope for chunk plays or for Riley Leonard to play one of his most 'in the zone/locked in' games where he's seeing the field and making the throws. We have explosive players and we're capable of winning but man....the margins get razor thin.

Maybe this team is different and their belief is unwavering. If we see them competing at a high level for the first half on both sides, my optimism will grow.

If Pendleton struggles the first drive I guarantee you see Jagusah or even Absher at guard both are bigger than Pendleton they’ll go with some size

I don't know how Pendleton won the starting gig initially. He's been disappointing this year

GA was better when the backup came in
Yeah people don’t realize that Carson Beck and his turnovers were almost solely responsible for Georgia losing games this year. They are going to be way better playing “simple” like they showed late against Texas.

Georgia had the luxury of calling his best plays when Texas had no film. DJU was a stud until everyone saw they had to take away the slant.

Stockton Drive Chart

- Touchdown
- 3 and Out (sack fumble)
- FG
- FG (fake punt)
- INT

He competed 1 forward pass to a WR in regulation after the first drive. We are much better off facing Stockton than Beck.

There is a chance Beck would have given the game away but the % chance he would have played reasonably effective is still better.

Try the Southern Inn. It's located in Wiggins, MS

Stayed there in 2021. It's a motel, but the owners keep It clean and bug free.
About an 1.5 hours from the stadium

Playing a combo of man and zone in the secondary could really cause some confusion for Stockton. I can see INTs for Watts and the Irish secondary.

Speaking of FGs, Jeter vs Woodring has the potential to be the biggest mismatch in this game. They will not be able to afford a miss and especially not a block.

Is it unnecessary roughness to state the fact jester is NDs worst kicker since at least 2015?

Beck definitely had turnover issues in the middle of the season but he had largely turned things around in the last month of the season
Correct...he worked out some kinks for sure...Last 3 games over 1k yards, 11 TDs to 0 ints. I'm glad he isn't playing.

Beck is an old school gunslinger, and I fear that more than the Rourke-style game manager. Backups usually end up trying to settle themselves by being a game manager style QB. When the top two receivers are blanketed, that's a scary picture.

Those Iraqis were lucky I had an army cause if I didn't, I would've been forced to go over there and beat the tar out of every individual who came within my perimeter. And I'll tell you one more thing…

I WANT GEORGIA!
I WANT GEORGIA!!

You’ve seen what these guns can do in South Bend, Indiana.
January 1st.
Bulldogs vs Irish.

It’s going to be a WAR on the SHORE.

I guarantee there is no way you see Jagusah unless he is a modern marvel in terms of recovery. From what I understand, he still has a few months before 'true contact' can occur.

Agreed. He was “moving around at practice”, but you could tell he was no where near healthy/ready.

Having grown up a good part of my childhood and teenage life in Georgia, I can say that Georgia fans are often insufferable.

It's especially bad when it comes to ND or any team from the north. There is a very real stigma against ND in the Peach State. At times, it feels like they hate ND more than Florida, Tech or Alabama.

People talk about how ND fans have this air of superiority, but holy crap, have I seen that in droves from Dawg fans. They act like they're the greatest thing since sliced bread and ND is a patsy program that racked up titles playing wimpy teams from the north and is now resting on their laurels.

Might be bias on my end, but they are easily one of the worst fanbases in the sport.

Beck Drive Chart:
Punt
Punt
Field Goal
Punt
Beck Fumble

Four out of five drives the offense gained under 20 yards. Most of that being strictly his fault.... he was a 50%ish passer, QBR in the 50s, ate sacks and the team amassed anemic 90 yards of offense in an entire half of football. I'm sure I am biased from having watched the Bama, Ole Miss, GT, and Texas 2x games ... where he played like crap for stretches of most of those games ... but in my bones I believe if they tried to rely on his arm against ND they were going to turn it over a ton. Committing to the run and playing conservative football scares me a LOT more than the pass happy shit they fell in love at times this year.
