She has problems with immigrants that her nation so graciously took in from their arm pit countries. They want nothing to do with assimilation. They hate anything french or western in general(except the generous benefits they recieve).

Politicians, retired French generals and even Muslim leaders around thee world have been warning france for years that this and much worse is coming from this community. They are burning churches and murdering priests in these riots now.

There has to be consensus around core values. England and France made large mistakes, it remains to be seen which other countries are past the tipping point.
