Nope because after my initial disappointment, I got excited about the idea of playing Ball State.

Okay, fill me in, because I don't get it on either count. The only thing I can see is that ND is scheduling an obvious easy win cupcake without lowering themselves to playing an FCS team. But the Irish could still pencil in a cupcake that has some more marquee value.
