I wish I could disagree but there is something seriously wrong with the way MF is handling things.
He completely confused WRs with RBs. He kept hearing how RBs are disposable and confused them with WRs. We're stock piling RBs but only playin 1 at a time, and can't get any good WRs when in the modern game you should have 3 out there most of the time.

On the bright side of it all, Faison, Greathouse and Thomas are our 3 best wr's imo, and they're all still here.
F*** running routes, they better focus on conditioning and we need to wrap them in bubble wrap until next September.

I'm starting to believe this is true. I don't understand why he has not let Parker go. Makes no sense to me

Especially considering PSU, a team ahead of ND in the rankings, acted quickly to 1) nuke their OC, and 2) hire a capable replacement.

Does he really not see that the offense is a problem? How can that be, when it seems like he has been so good about having the pulse of the team and the fanbase (prior to the Stuckey decision)?

I wonder if Driskell has changed his tune. His last podcast was more or less Chansi Stuckey wasn't a "good dude" in terms of a football coach, ND owed it to GP to supply him with adequate staff, and ND was averaging approximately 40 points a game, etc... Now, everyone on the offensive side of the ball is jumping ship (for the record, other than Tyree, I'm not seeing anyone too concerning leave). I wonder if he'll change his stance?

ETA: FWIW, this is also a sign of the times. Every school will be experiencing this sort of turnover. Kids are largely "me first" and want instant gratification nowadays.

Have to reevaluate Parker here. He is the OC and is responsible for keeping the WR room stocked and getting his position coach going. Freeman can’t fire himself, so if he ever needed a reason to can Parker, this mass exodus of all our exciting WR recruits from last year + the older guys is yet another reason among many.

I mean, he is the WR coach right now.

Maybe he falls on the sword?

It really seems like Stuckey heard Freeman say "I'm bringing the entire staff back" and went in and pleaded to have Parker canned. This goose turd offence is holding back his progression as a coach. Now the WR room is pissed and all leaving.

That's my theory at least.

Flores hurts.

I'll make it clear that that shit version of our logo was made by me in a panic when we lost the png file for the original logo. lol

We could probably stand to pay a pro to make us an official logo.

Im with you. I think he called Parker out and Freeman had to make a call. Freeman wasnt prepared to find an OC and someone had to go. Just my conspiracy theory.
