I feel your pain. I went to see ND vs FSU back when Bowen and Willingham coached. ND got flippin rolled. I then went to ND vs Mich back when ND was pre season #2 and Quinn was QB. First play of the game the Mich LB pick 6ed a screen and ND lost. Then I was planning to take the wifey to ND vs Stanford at ND. Right before buying, pulled the deal. Wound up being a sleetfest near blizzard so I lucked out passing on going. Really thinking this is God's way of saying No ND games for me
Meadowlands Navy v. ND when we couldn't stop a FB

Shit, when you put it that way, I take full responsibility.

With this in mind, I was hoping that you and @ulukinatme would spearhead launching a go fund me so that I can obtain season tickets and the boys never lose again because of me and my poor choices?
Hey, it's not my fault superstitions are real! I've been banned from attending games against BC since the '93 and '02 BC games, the '93 game being my first game ever. That was some cursed shit.

I've been there. I was at that FSU game too. Got a picture with the FSU cheerleaders in my kilt  Was also at BC in '93, USC '05, South Florida '11, Syracuse '08, OSU '23, a handful of others. I've been to some cursed games. I've seen a lot of great wins too, like almost all the home Michigan wins going back to 2000, minus '18 (Only loss was BK's first game in '10 when Crist got taken out for half the game). That includes the '14 game with the 37-0 shutout. USC '15 (First USC win at home I ever got to see after multiple losses during the Cheaty Petey era). UCLA comeback '06. Utah '10. The improbable win against Michigan State in '13. Pitt '12. Many others. Point is, you have a small sample size against two traditionally good opponents. Go back, see a win, get that monkey off your back and enjoy it.

What road games have you all been to? Went to Pitt in 2013 and SU in 2022. I’m considering going to the Pitt game this year

I went 0-for-the-Big-Ten as a student in the late '90s/early 2000s. Multiple unhappy trips each to Michigan, Purdue and Sparty. Saw us lose at BC once in the Weis years. The year of his knee injury; it was pretty pathetic. Have also attended a couple of losses at USC (2006, 2014).

For wins, I saw us beat Syracuse at MetLife in 2016; that was a weird one b/c it was technically a Syracuse home game but the crowd was majority ND. But now that I think of it, maybe the only true road win I've ever attended was at Pittsburgh in 2005, Charlie Weis' first game. I got so drunk tailgating all day that I don't really remember it.

Going to BC this season; hopefully that goes better all around.

I've only been to one ND game ever and it was a road game. 2012 finale at USC. Season obviously ended on a sour note but getting to watch them beat SC at the coliseum was pretty awesome

First live ND game was at Ross Ade in ‘07. Purdue beat ND by a couple TDs that day.

Been to multiple USC, Stanford, multiple Cotton Bowl, TAMU last season, OU, OSU, Northwestern at Soldier Field, Purdue in Indy, 2 Shamrocks in San Antonio and one in Arlington, NC game last year.

Will be at Arkansas this year, and likely in Green Bay for Wisconsin in '26.

Big house in '09, East Lansing in '12, and Louisville in '19 are the only true road games I've attended, hoping to get to Lambeau in 2026.

A good buddy of mine and his dad (skunkbear fans) pick a B1G road game every year and go, I want to adopt that tradition when my kiddo is older. Would be a great way to soak in other campuses and gameday experiences.

You slacker! You could have tailgated with the IE crew! Looks like you may have just joined the site around that time though.

I’ll be doing Miami (hopefully bringing that good mojo from A&M with me), and Pitt on the road this year. Going to the home games vs Boise and NCST. The past two seasons and next will be my last that I’ll be free to go to games for the next couple of years so going as all out as I can

Best I can do is send you my password to my Peacock account.
Hell with that. I'm driving out to your house to watch on your Peacock. And then I'll sneak into the Freeman's yard and stare into the dining room window and watch the whole family eat dinner.
