Best case scenario is that Tommy Rees 2.0, the non Brian Kelly version, play calls the 2022 Irish to a fantastic season. Then when he leaves for the NFL, the anxiety on this board overwhelms it's members with the thought of having to replace him in a profession where assistant coaches often have to be replaced.

You forget that he got offered a lot of money to leave for LSU, Miami, and likely others...but yes, one Super Bowl winning coach's opinion is not worth discussing.
