Well I figured since we are in for a long, long off-season, might as well see what TV shows everyone on here follows. (Apologies if this is the second thread about this topic)

My favorites are: NCIS, Family Guy, Law and Order SVU, American Dad, and Burn Notice.

TV these days... realtiy TV stinks... sit coms aren't as good anymore... I like cooking shows like triple D... sports... and educational programming, though some of that is questionable these days... like the recent history ch. special on the founders that made them look like murderous pirates.


I read a lot more these days.

I really couldnt get into that show. I think it was the first episode where the exmarine couldn't hit a 150 yard target with the Springfield 1903.

Just started watching Archer...awesomeness.

Caught the last two season of the Wire, making my way through the early seasons now.

I also love Weeds, Saturday Night Live, Eastbound and Down, Mad Men and Curb Your Enthusiasm. I don't think I watch anything on the big four channels except SNL.

And obviously History Channel when there's non-stupid stuff on. Love me some Modern Marvels.

I agree with Sherm. The League is pretty decent. Go on Hulu and watch.


Also, for the beer drinkers/spirit drinkers, a show called "Three Sheets". It aired on a now non-existent channel called Mojo.

All 4 seasons are on Hulu now for free. This commedian goes to all areas of the world to sample the alcohol that they are known for. For example, he will go to Japan for fresh Saki, or he will go to like Czech Republic to sample their absinthe at the local pubs. 9 times out of 10 the dude gets blasted tv. Its pretty funny and it is very informational as well if you are in to history of beer and alcohol as it relates to local customs of countries.
