Great room but the game was over by 7:45 so not impressed by him staying awake for whole game 😂

I think my favorite moment had to be the Harrison kickoff return against Georgia. You could feel the energy in the super dome kick up a notch and took the wind out of Georgias sail so to speak. Close seconds was X looking at the SC sideline on that int return and Loves TD run against Indiana, and just Angelis grit coming in for a injured Leonard against Pedophile State. Was a hell of a season....glad I dropped the coin to go to all the playoff games, who knows when that will happen again

Harrison's TD return felt like a sea change for the program. Beating an SEC team in SEC country with 17 points in like 50 seconds of gametime was something else. Being at the IU game was electric but that was a guaranteed W from the moment it was announced. Georgia was special.

Great thread…

Mine is a little more personal. I hadn’t been on campus for years and finally went back this season. My wife and I both went to Miami (OH) so we went to that game. The moment RL through the deep pass to Beaux Collins for the TD was the moment I felt like RL could be enough of a passer to get ND to the playoffs. The guy sitting - standing - next to me even made a comment about that throw giving him some RL confidence. Up to that point, the crowd was ruthlessly booing the team, Marcus, and Riley. I thought the season was going to fall apart. Then that pass happened. The attitude of the stadium changed. The team became more energetic. It was the beginning of the love fest we would all have for RL - even if we didn’t know it at that time.
Awe, a Miami merger! I’d kill for some Bagel and Deli right now tbh.

The Jeter kick to beat Penn State.
This followed closely by Watts pick 6 v. USC. Kid is one of my fav Irish players ever. Whichever NFL team is lucky enough to get him is getting a bonafide stud with the heart of a lion.

The entire Georgia game was my favorite moment, it really felt like ND turned a corner in that game. I remember sitting there stunned with how much ND dominated

The other one was Jeters kick to send us to the title.

I was at the game, my body quite literally froze in shock during that return. My brain processed him as down after that first contact, but then he kept going. That game was absolutely special. My vote is also for Harrison's TD.

Christian Gray’s trio of game winning plays- the PBU against A&M, the pick 6 against SC, and PSU INT. Not necessarily game winners, but they essentially sealed or led to victor each game.

Love’s Indiana touchdown run is a close second having been in the stadium for that. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced ND stadium explode like that.
You are correct. Bro had a great year and made a bunch of plays yet so many people were talking shit about him getting picked on.

Most of what would be my top 5 or so have been mentioned but one that stood out for me was the look on Freeman's face and his energy coming out of the tunnel vs A&M. Got me pumped up even more than I could have with the Game 1 energy.

For me, the whole Georgia game for what it meant was top "moment" for me. Top individual play was the Gray interception against PSU... just clutch AF.

I know we both had an exchange a few years ago about how we just wanted to see a bowl win like that & we finally got it.
