They are top of the FIFA rankings, which are a bit bogus. The last time Brazil palyed someone outside of South America? Nigeria on 10/13/19 in a 1-1 tie. This will be an interesting World Cup for Brazil and Argentina because they've only been beating up South American teams for the past few yeras and it's hard to tell if they are both that good or the rest of the continent is horrible.

I don't think it's too bad. Regular season ends October 9th. Most these guys in the squad are on playoff teams so their season will continue for at least another week or two on average. I'm assuming they will convene camp at least two weeks prior as well. Qatar begins November 21st. Might give these MLS players a week or two to recover rather than the European players who are going to be in a condensed schedule.

Yeah... Group stage games will be between 5 am and 2 PM I think. Knockout stage is 10 am and 2 pm.

Oh shit that’s worse than I thought,… the latest game start they have is 2pm Qatar that’s 5 am my time,… I was hoping they’d have evening starts so we’d get late morning games here and there.

I was saying eastern time... 18:00 = 10 AM EST I believe...

That 13:00 start isn't great. I could also be entirely wrong because time zones outside of the states is a mystery to me.
