You see what Dempsey did last night? Apparently he could be suspended for up to three months. I doubt it actually happens because he is Clint Dempsey, but he will definitely be suspended a few games.

He came on in the second half. He grabbed the refs note pad, tore it up, and threw it. For those wondering why a three month suspension is possible, apparently that is considered assault. I call it very immature but I do not see how that is assault.

No idea. Only thing I can think of is since it wasn't at their normal field and at night time, the lighting wasn't as good and the black was close to the green. I actually liked the whites better to be honest

Cameroon has been really good. I wouldn't chalk that up as a guaranteed W.

Watching NYCFC and the Cosmos in the USOC... Kreis has blown the game for NYC with subs... They were up 2-0, and then Cosmos equalized in injury time. Now in extra time, and NYCFC for some reason let someone other than Mix Diskerud take a PK they received, and the dude hit the frickin cross bar.

I know and am excited about the Bundesliga on Fox this season, but has anyone heard or seen how many games they'll actually carry... or even an intitial schedule?? My concern is that they'll really just carry Bayern games every week... will it be a showcase of the entire league like with what we see from NBC and the EPL or will it be a couple games a week, Bayern every week and whatever??

I'm hoping to see as much Dortmund as possible.

From the sounds of it, nothing is finalized. Though I have seen talking heads speculate that it will be 2 games on FS1, one game on FS2, and featured matches on Fox.

I'm super excited that between the SPL on FSSoccer Plus, MLS on reg TV and Bundesliga on Fox that I can now pretty much completely ignore England (unless Newcastle is playing I suppose) and still get my soccer fix...

I get FS2. Only time I ever watched it was when they moved a game there one time.

Zach Steffen, the keeper from the US U20 team who was incredible in the tournament, has Inter Milan, Roma, and Lyon as potential suitors. He is currently with Freiburg.

I just point out a few things,... The record head to head over the past twenty years... that they're posting pictures from American media on American devices and... that we always host the gold cup because the third world isn't good enough and Canada never wants to... And that I live in California and they were too pussy to hold onto it....

Same man. My girlfriend was born to Mexican parents and speaks Spanish fluently and when the USA plays Mexico she knows I am the most xenophobic, hateful towards Mexicans (all in good fun) person on the planet. That soccer team brings out the worst in me.

Always curious about these situations. I am in a similar situation but always support the USA.. I just pray they never play Ireland for anything meaningful.
