I’m waiting for his discussion of the 3rd shot on 13. I was so stressed all day and pulling for him, but he definitely just held on. Lucky Bryson shit the bed today. A win is a win. It’s off of his back but the haters will continue. I hope he keeps his form.
Was kind of funny Bryson starting pushing hard to try and catch up to Rory which caused his collapse, and in the end he didn't need to push at all. Should have just kept playing his game.

I went to Augusta on Monday after being chosen for the ticket lottery. Unfortunately, we got rained out after two hours. Was there long enough to drop a bag on the merch shop though. Glad I picked up a flag. I can't wait to hit up a local PGA event and get Rory to sign it. Back in '18 when I went, I was so pissed that Patrick Reed won (I think Rory collapsed that year too). When I saw Reed shoot up the leader board, I got sick to my stomach. I refused to get my 2018 flag signed by Reed. It's the only non-signed flag I own.

Sounds like Augusta will make it right and refund the money for Monday and allow for purchasing a ticket next year. Looking forward to going again. It'll be my fifth time on property. There is nothing like it.

If Reed doesn't hit the flag on 17 in 2018, Rickie probably wins that year instead. That shot still pisses me off.

That's awesome, except for the Patrick Reed part. That guy is a grade A douche canoe....

100%. There are a handful of people I openly cheer against during the Masters. Reed is one. The fact that he won the year I went (and Tiger won the year after) really chaps my ass.

Rahm has cost himself at least $1M in the past 15 minutes at the PGA. Dude is hacking it all over the place.

Lol, yeah. After not getting birdie on 14 and 15, he started pressing and it backfired. He lost a chance to win the tournament on those 2 holes.

Scottie was meant to win this tournament. Sure rahm missed on 14-15 but he hit two putts on 12&13 that I still have no idea how they didn't go in. His tee shot on 14 was outstanding too just bounced the wrong way. Scottie got all the breaks and I'm not mad considering he was who I bet on the beginning of the week making me 2-2 on majors. Should've parlayed 😂

I really don't know how Scotty "only" has three Majors. For how dominant he's been, and how many top-ten finishes he has, I thought for sure this was number 5 or 6 for him. Then I saw the headline it was his third and I was shocked. I thought it was a typo.

Well he won the Players Championship (widely considered the 5th major) in back to back yrs ‘23 and ‘24 so it feels like more than just the 3.

His dominant stretch last year shades things a bit, just because he won so much in April and May. He won at Bay Hill, the Players, the Masters, and the RBC. Capped that off with a Memorial in June, and a Traveler's two weeks later.

It's one of the most dominant stretches in golf, and you just assume because he was so good there has to be a bunch of majors in there. He's been close, but only had two Masters under his belt. Mind boggling.

On another note - was at the PGA Championship this past weekend. Had a lot of fun. Quail Hollow took a lot of heat since it's the site of a regular PGA event, but the course was gorgeous and I think it played well for a Major.

For you golf bros

I got hired by a company to drive the LIV guys from their hotels and the airport and I assume the course when they’re in Indy next week for the event. It’s just a one week gig and the company hires firemen part time because they know we have some open availability. I’ll report back if I get to drive any of the big shots.

That's pretty awesome. They'd better tip well with all of that cash they're raking in!

LIV will be in Chicago next week. Bolingbrook country club, LOL.

For those who don’t know, it’s a pathetic course. I expect-50 to be the winning score.

I've never understood the guy who cheats to find his own ball. If you lie about your ability to keep the ball in play, you're just going to hurt your own handicap.
Had a fraternity brother who was notorious for cutting a hole in one of his front pockets. When he couldn’t find his ball, he’d drop a ball through that hole & down his pant Leg similar to the contraption in the video you posted.

I looked in the rough for 5 minutes, but here it was in the fairway the whole time.
