Good points. Adding to this, there isn't anything wrong with pulling a lineman, but it works a lot better when you have someone like a Q who has quick feet and can get out in front of the block. You need to have someone down block to cut off anyone that may shoot the gap. To do this you need to load the side your pulling to, to make it work.

When it comes to picking up a yard or two, I've never been a fan of pulling someone even if it's inside. It takes too long for the play to develop. You can get the same blocking if you go under center and run iso with a leading FB.

Yes but then you can't use your guards for misdirection when you call the PERFECT PLAY in the red zone.

To each their own.

First world problems but between the time lag and the picture quality of the stream, I'll take my more expensive cable package all day.

That's incorrect. You must be talking about streaming live games on the internet from reddit link that some random person is broadcasting their stream to everyone from their network. That is completely different from watching live TV through a billion dollar company with multiple servers.

Actual Hulu/Youtube/Sling TV Streaming is faster than cable especially if you have 200mbs+ speeds for your internet. Your picture quality is based on your streaming speeds but nowadays thatis not an issue if you are streaming via ethernet cable. You will only see an issue if you are streaming via your cellular data. However for home TV that should not be an issue because you should already have high speed internet/WiFi.

Case and point. Yesterday I was watching the 49ers and Seahawk game. My neighbors threw a big watch party and they were watching it on their TV. I was watching on Youtube TV connected to my home internet. Literally I would hear them yell after a big play from their living room which was 5-10 seconds behind my stream.

You're on the right track, but you're not entirely correct either...

While throughput is very important, it's not everything. You don't need a 200Mbps+ pipe to stream HD and you certainly don't need to be hard-wired. Just as important as "speed" is latency/jitter. Other factors are internal hops, wireless interference, # of IoT devices in your home, etc.

Also, the reason for the TV delay is not because your "feed" is any better, but because there is a delay on TV broadcasts (and radio) so as to avoid any egg-on-face FCC moments.

I mean, it's literally not incorrect as I was watching via Youtube TV on my smartphone, with my wifi, and had a group chat with some folks who were watching via Direct TV, and many plays were gettting spoiled for me because they were ahead of us and texting about it.

And the screen was getting blotchy throughout the game. I have streamed movies via smartview on my phone/tv and never had that issue.

But I don't claim to be a tecky and perhaps there are things I could do to enhance my streaming capabilities if I needed to. But again, to each their own, I'll stick with cable.

Did they have the "Wendy's 4 for $4" and "Hi Mom" signs (they looked like they were towels with markers written on them)? If so, pretty cool experience for them.

That was them - his buddy with the 4 for $4 sign is badgering Wendy's on social media for free food. Don't think he has had any luck yet. They were as excited as two idiot high schoolers can be.
