Too bad for the young man. Waverly is only about an hour from Athens (OU) yet the difference in the power of the diplomas is light years. I understand the draw of playing a position you love, but it's a four year gig. Coming from Ohio we all seem to be ingrained with the thought that you can "put your 20 years in" and retire. The truth is your reward for 20 years is.......yes! Another 25! You just can't imagine the benefit you gain from ND on the resume, even in Ohio.

Young man, please reconsider this move.

At this point the Roback transfer is unconfirmed. There is nothing on Rivals about it...there is nothing anywhere that I can find. What there is, is a bunch of gossip on message boards.

No big loss. Nothing more than a depth player. I am willing to bet Coach Kells is jazzed now that he has more wiggle room with this class. Clearly Shaq wasn't his type of player, and if I am not mistaken Roback was a late offer for this regime. I have faith that he will turn this opportunity into an impact player, provided ND wins game.

The gossip on these boards is ridiculous. One guy says ____ is leaving and gives a supposed source...do any of you actually check that source before you start ripping the kid or just as bad wishing him the best? Most of the time these rumors are bullshit anyway.
