I truly don't think it did touch OOB. The tip was over the line, but it didn't "touch". The girth of the ball touched, but not the tip. But I knew it'd be overturned.

The end of the ball was out of bounds in the air. I didn't see the nose of the ball touching the ground. A ball can be caught out of bounds until it touches the ground.
