grey, I have to agree with you. I got a lot less angry today when we lost. I almost expected it with Tommy taking the most reps. I had zero, mean less than zero faith in Tommy getting the job done.

And after the SC, Stanford, and Michigan loses I think there is some truth to that ND doesn't know how to win anymore. I hate to say it. But, they find ways to lose against good teams. Most of it is on Tommy, but BK isn't pushing the right buttons. Hopefully in year 3 he can.

You mean the Andrew kid that BK played all of 3/4 of a game TOTAL THIS WHOLE SEASON, and you want to talk about his pic?? Really?? Yes is was a horrible pass, but he wasn't prepared for this by BK . When Rees was playing the whole year. Struggling againts USC, STanford, MSU, Pitt, BC, and now FSU. And still didn't get better. And then Andrew is yanked in and out today on a few occassions and you want to pin it on him? This was on Tommy 2 red zone ints. If you want to tag the TD that Floyd missed you have to bring up the one he bailed out Tommy on a high throw for a TD. What about Eifert bailing him out on some passes that that safety could have picked off because he had to jump up like 10.5 feet to catch the overthrow by Tommy.

Tommy was horrible today, and yes this was about 80% on him in the loss. Missing open recievers and 2 pics. The last one was a a throw into double coverage and a bad pass at that.

Tommy is horrible against good defenses. Absolutely horrible. Now the rest of the loss was on BK and his game planning/game coaching.

Hendrix took maybe twenty snaps all season until Stanford. So effectively, you're blaming a player in his second game for throwing a pick? And ignoring how well he ran the ball? Also, it is an absolute joke that that TD counts for Rees. If not for Floyd's beastliness that was an absurdly easy interception, almost as easy as his first one which was forced to an incredibly well-covered Floyd with two linebackers spying RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!!! This is a f***ing 16-game starter - how do you make that mistake?!

I was super disappointed in our former All American Kicker in Ruffer blowing a 47 yarder. A 5th year senior on scholarship blew two major kicks this year to win us games (or the 3 could have won it). He has to make those Period. And the 2 Ints in the red zone by Tommy Turnover--we should have won this game.

Also, there were plenty of people that called that Kelly would renege on what he said about Hendrix getting plenty of snaps. Ridiculous. At this point, you have to think it's pure stubbornness on his part to keep Rees in.

Offense: Tommy was done. Not sure why he got exclusive snaps. Hendrix could have laid down in the dirt upon the snap too... That was freaking pathetic.

Defense: Defensive backs were pathetic as usual. Way to end your career Blant. In typical fashion, all woof, no bite. Second team honors go to Gary Gray. I've never been so glad to see one guy graduate since Preston Jackson.

Some of the linebackers were fantastic. Manti was a freaking beast. Jamoris was out of this world in the hybrid spot... WTF was Prince thinking on the late hit? What the hell was Carlos thinking even being on the field? That's all I gotta say about that.

My last critique will be saved for you, Notre Dame Coaching staff.

Mr. Diaco. How in the holy hell do you think it's in your best interest to go 320 mph in the first half and come out the second half acting like you're carting my deceased grandmother around in the carpool lane just because you can? You are a freaking fool and put your entire defensive backfield on a dingy the entire second half because of it. Grow a set, Son.

And now, on to you, Mr. Right Kind Of Guy. Brian Kelly...Front and center.

We get that Tommy blows...WE GET IT! Do you really need to jam it down our throats in crunch time? Andrew was running the offense perfectly....with the exception of the pick, but showed poise and confidence while he was in there. Either tommy has photos of you and a poodle or you don't know what it is to coach at the Division 1 level because that was a freaking embarrassment.

How long until the Spring Game??? Ugh....

...oh yea, I worry about Andrew's eyes sometimes...He saw Toma, and never saw the linebacker...How?

Not sure if the ball got up in is hand, and didn't go where he wanted or he's got a blind spot right the hell in front of him...or he just had a brain fart.

I did see him throw a couple other balls that came out nose down...one went in the dirt in front of floyd, the other I don't recall the result.

The Int. looked like a pretty stable ball when he threw it...so I'm going with a brain fart.

Many veterans on this team again failed to be bigger than the game...Mike did make up for his screw up somewhat in that he caught a horrible ball for a TD...and paid for it.

Totally agree, this team has many issues and it starts with Kelly. People like to blame Rees but Kelly is the one who puts him out there. Kelly set this team up to fail when he decided to bench the more talented QB after one freakin half of the first game.

Sounds like 90% of my friends/acquaintances after every michigan game the last three years. Whatever, nothing we can do but suck it up. Just shows what ****** character they have.

I always get **** from my friends after losses. Even when they win they always ask "why are you a Notre dame fan?" or "why don't you root for your in state team PSU or Villanova?" usually I bring up academics or something.
