Am I the only person that thinks he sucks? All my friends think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I mean yeah I've laughed at a couple things of his, but all in all he's relatively terrible. Anyone else feel this way?

Yea, I agree. Some of his stories make me laugh, but overall I like guys like Gabriel Iglesias, Patton Oswalt and Kevin Hart a LOT better.

He wasn't that bad, in fact he was quite funny. I think it revolved around how animated he got for all of his stories. But yeah, haven't heard much of him in a long time.

He is a hottie, but not a great comedian. I prefer Ralphie May, he's funny, Andy ****, or my celebrity obssession Daniel Tosh. Ooh baby he is fine as wine, and I could put something on him that'd make him wanna holler my name!

What? I'm sorry...back to the subject...I have done open mic comedy and to be honest, there are not many funny caucasians. I prefer black comedy all day long. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Arnaz J he is freakin hilarious!! As is Lavell Crawford, DL Hughley, Chris Rock...etc.

He is alot funnier than that weak Brian Kelly motivational video that you all thought was hilarious...

Anyway, I think is pretty funny. Everyone loves hating on him for some reason.

Dane had his funny times... he was a cult hero because he came out of nowhere. And he capitalized upon that success by taking WAYYYYYYYYY to far. He had to come up with rushed, crappy stuff that didn't do his original stuff justice.

His first two albums are great. His latest stuff is crap. Utter stinking crap.

Fav stand up guy for me. Also really like Bill Burr, Jeff Dunham, Daniel Tosh is pretty funny and I like Ron White as well.

As for Dane Cook he is just ok.

He'd have been a lot funnier if I wasn't a Louis C.K. fan and didn't realize he's a hack, joke stealing egomaniac.

Cook isn't on the level of Carlos Mencia when it comes to ripping off material, but he's been accussed of it multiple times.

I've never thought he was funny. Tried to watch his stand up a few times and never made it to the end. I did like the movie he did with Jessica Alba...I think it was called Good Luck Chuck.

1.) If that article was supposed to prove that Dane is an egomaniac, it did a really poor job. He's an egomaniac because he talks about his website and thought his face looked fat in a movie poster? Huh?

Who in show business isn't an egomaniac anyway?

2.) Was this article supposed to be an exhaustive source of his "stolen" material? Because if so, it boils down to what...4 jokes over his entire career?

Can't say I'd get too worked up about that.
