Chinese citizens are obligated by law to work on behalf of the MSS, so it is rational to ban Visas IMO as we have seen multiple instances of Chinese citizens purposefully smuggling harmful diseases and conducting espionage.
That is not at all the case. They are required to assist when asked by the State, but you're framing it as if each Chinese national is given a dossier to carry out espionage. The bigger issue with this is when it comes to corps like Huawei/Tiktok etc. But as we can see from Circa/Gladiator confused unwell people will use this to think every chinese citizen is some sort of spy.

Those are completely different things. Your first link has companies founded by people of Chinese heritage, not people who are Chinese citizens who came here for school. And your second link is companies that were bought out by Chinese companies
