Did anyone else catch the missed targeting penalty against Texas vs Texas State? If someone were drawing an illustration of a targeting call for training purposes this play would have been it. When no flag was tossed I simply muttered, "sucks to be Texas State," and my friend echoed the same; because the uniform logos are the only reason that wasn't called.

I didn't see any targeting call last weekend. I wonder if they're quietly going away from the rule?
