Now we're taking our timeout halfway through the 2nd period (!). Good grief. The entire game has been a series of scoring chances for Minnesota, and that's it.

This team looks completely unprepared for this game. Truly embarrassing.

We need to come out strong and get a lead. Lowell's best period is the 1st; our best periods are the 2nd and (especially) the 3rd.

It will also effectively be an away game. We'll see how it goes...

Irish lead 1-0 with about 6 minutes left in the 1st period. The rest of this period is critical...we are much better in the 2nd and 3rd. (Obviously, the entire rest of the game is critical, but still.)

We head to the 3rd period tied 1-1. Irish having to kill off many more penalties than UML. Hopefully we can get some PPs in the 3rd.
