ND got a 2 hour infomercial on ESPN, got an hour long infomercial produced by NFL Films on NBC, beat Stanford in a top 20 matchup to go 6-0. I wonder if any high school kids were paying attention?

This may not affect this year with the class almost done, but you can bet that some juniors are watching Notre Dame more closely now

Yes, if Notre Dame keeps winning, eventually kids would take notice. The difference is kids have now taken notice. No waiting for them to realize it because it was broadcasted by 2 networks for everyone to see.

Yep. In 2 weeks, these are the potential games:

(2)Florida vs. No. (11) Georgia -------------- FLA hosts (7) SC this week. GA at Kentucky.

(17)Texas Tech at No. (4) Kansas State --- TT is at (23) TCU this week. KS is at (13) WVA

(12) Mississippi State at No. (1) Alabama -- MS is home vs. Middle Tenn St. Bama @ Tenn


Texas Tech is a 1-point favorite this week.

FLA is 3-point favorites this week.

GA is 28-point favs this week.

K-state is 3-point dogs this week.


IMO:

Florida loses, knocking them vs. GA out of the running.

Texas Tech vs. TCU? No idea. Coin flip. But is Texas Tech @ K-state a big market?

I think it comes down to Bama vs. MS State or ND vs. OK. Bama travels the following week to LSU, fyi.

The only BIG name is Lattimore but SC has as good a D as FLA, so they should be able to stay in the game. And I don't care about them jumping us because this season has been a game changer in the Kelly tenure, one that can reignite the passion for this team for the foreseeable future. This team will just do what it needs to do, whatever else happens, I am happy that this team has come together this year. Makes me proud to be an Irish fan, especially having Manti on the team.

Maybe we can be the "BCS Buster" this year
