This is hilarious because Memorial Stadium is the basically the wild west during football games. Not an usher to be found. No rules.

The last time I was there... there were probably 5-6 too many people in my row and no one could figure out who the extra people were. People started asking other sfor their tickets and then a fight broke out not becasue they werent supposed to be there but becasue someone had the audacity just to ask IF they tickets.... lol

I agree but that is easier said than done. Etienne truly showed that he is the literal engine for that offense. How he goes literally dictates how the Clemson offense goes. Still, if you make a team one-dimensional, you usually do not come that close to losing. I am still thinking that TL may not be healthy again this season no matter when he comes back.

I agree, Phork. I can't see Lawrence outplaying DJ. Maybe their mindset changes with TL under center but it's not going to change the fact that we stalled out in the redzone way too many times and left a lot of points on the board.

If anything, we proved we can hang with Clemson regardless. I don't see a scenario where Clemson runs us off the field the way we controlled the LOS on both sides of the ball. That's where football games are won.

I dont disgree with this sentiment as we made them 1-dimensional and kept TE from wrecking the game, but I do believe there were several plays where DJ's inexperience helped us out. Also their play calling may not have been limited with DJ versus Lawrence.

For round 2, its likely Clemson gets some bodies back that they didn't have last time. I dont think Notre Dame will get run off the field or anything but it could be a very different game.

One thing I just realized, because of the Wake game being rescheduled to December 12, or a week before the ACC Championship, Clemson will basically get a bye week before our potential rematch while we gotta make sure we don’t overlook a dangerous Wake team. ACC is so weird this year besides ND, Clemson and maybe Miami, everybody’s been beating each other.
