Cigars and alcohol...

Not a big Cigar guy....not that I don't like them, it's just that I have no idea what to look for. I don't smoke period. Virgin lungs.

I got started with these bad boys and I still enjoy them today.

From there I moved up slowly from flavored cigars, to mild, to medium, to full bodied. The Acid line by Drew Estate got me started in the world of "real cigars."

Im a college student, so i buy whatever is cheap (McCormicks, Keystone, etc.) but when i actually feel like not being cheap i like jager or coors light.. Cigar wise, I've actually smoked them for awhile. CAO's are always the best, although theres a cheaper brand on light cigars i really like. Not sure on the name.

Currently have a mix in my humidor, My favorites are Partagas Black labels. I have also smoked and really enjoyed the CAO Black ,NUB in the maduro and cameroon wrappers, And the CAO MX2's are also a great smoke .

As Far as the adult beverages are concerned I have bottles of Jim Beam , Crown Royal , and Glenlivette open with a bottle of Jack Daniels single barrel on reserve for the special occasion.
My wife and I recently toured the Biltmore House in Asheville NC and did a Wine tasting . We walked out with 2 reds 1 white and 2 Rose' THe reds were mine a Pinot Noir and a Merlot that tasted like they would pair really well with a stout Cigar.

We also ate at an Irish pub while we were in NC and I tried a pint of Smithwick's ale that was really good. My go to for Beers are usually Dos Equis and a local brewery Rye Stout from Depot Street Brewing I also recently discovered a barrel aged Porter from Peoples Brewery in Winston Salem NC that would have really kicked a good smoke up to the next level.

All y'all disappoint me with your flavored cigars. They aren't really cigars. It's like when I drink, I want to know that I'm drinking alcohol, not something fruity. When I smoke, I want to taste the oils in the leaves and aroma of the smoke, not the added flavors. Boo hiss.

Whoa there, Mr. Cool... nobody said that they smoke flavored cigars. I said that flavored cigars got me into real cigars. Sorrrryyy. But, if you're looking for a full-bodied smoke, I'm sure this gal will share hers...
