I don't put any blame on a first year manager but this season has gotten to the point that there isn't much else he can say. It's not like football where the HC only has one post game press conference a week. This guy has to go up there every day.

They're a disgrace. They have plenty of money to spend on players and front office resources to find players but they won't do it. they're stuck in the past, and their past isn't anything to brag about.

Reports are that these knob goblins, Kenny and Rick, are telling people they plan to be competitive in 2024.

This franchise is part of the "can't help those who don't want to be helped" file. It's really gotten so bad that you'd think people would start stepping down if Uncle Jerry really meant that much to them and they to him. Evidently everyone keeps their jobs because perpetual failure is the goal.

They actually got two good prospects in the Gio/Lopez trade, The catcher is number 65 prospect so that gives us 3 top 100 prospects possibly 4 Ramos is borderline. The LH Pitcher is 6'6 and was Angels number 3 prospect. They now have 2 legit lefty future starters in Schultz and TY, only way Sox compete next year they'll need to sign two legit starting Pitchers.

Imagine you have a contractor build a house specifically for you. The house gets built, you move in and after a couple of years the house starts falling apart little bits at a time.

You decide to go back to the same contractor to rebuild the house.

That's what is happening with this franchise. They're either not serious or they are completely inept at putting together a winning team. 123 years of baseball and they've seen 11 postseasons. They have the resources at their disposal, both financial and analytical, but choose not to use them to win another championship. Win or lose, the financial ramifications are not of consequence because of their stadium deal.

As a fan, it's a crossroads. Save your money and don't watch until things change drastically or you keep going. Kenny Williams would have been fired anywhere else, but they created an exec position for him to be promoted to. Rick Hahn would have been done anywhere else, but he's going to get to rebuild his rebuild one more time.

I have been complaining about lack of catching on the southside for over a decade. I am 42 years old and we have never in my life developed a catcher that is homegrown. Don't give me Olivio etc. As much as I want to be jacked up about a 20-year-old switch-hitting catcher, who walks more than he strikes out, I know the history of this putrid organization and can't be with the ass clowns in charge, including Grifol. He is a worse hire then TLR. Honestly, Ricky Renteria got screwed over in this town by both squads.

Too many guys have regressed after showing their high potential in the majors for it to just be sheer coincidence. That falls on upper management for royally screwing up the key aspect of development.

That's why they should be fired. That and the stupid acquisitions in the window.

Jerry should have let Rick hire AJ Hinch. They should have gone all in from a position of strength after 2021 regardless of who the manager was going to be in 2022. There was a window that they failed to capitalize on because Jerry makes money no matter what happens. They're disgusting.
