My wife and I have Charter Internet and early in the evening our Internet started going really slow, then stop working all together. I tried doing a reboot, etc; and that didn't work. I tried calling their 888 service number and was on hold for 25 minutes and no one picked up. I left my router unplugged and no we're on 3G.
I saw a bunch of articles saying the problem is country wide. Any one else experiencing this with Charter?
