I recall visiting Toronto once as a teen. Seemed clean, and I was fortunate enough to either find a forgiving sales guy - or it was legal to buy smokes as a 16-year-old.

I ordered a pair of boots from Canada a few years ago and paid tax on them. I can vote there now, right?
