I hate to put so much emphasis on a game this early in the season but let's get carried away here and go ahead and say this is the biggest game in 10 + years. The dynamics are all there. Notre Dame gets upset week 1. Notre Dame has been trashed all week (I'm assuming) won't watch ESPN or look at any websites relating to sports because I don't want to get all pissed off for no reason. Irishenvy is the only site I have visited. First night game in Michigan history. They come off a convincing win, we come off a dominant performance where we lost. I still am kind of in shock that we lost that game. It still really hasn't sunk in yet. I have been watching football for a long time and I really have never seen another team dominate another team so badly and get beat. It's really probably the most frustrating loss I can remember. Too much hype, let's face it we are a very good talented team and well we should have never lost this game. 9 out of 10 times we win that game, I've never seen so many mental mistakes, fluky mistakes, goofy penalties, no penalty calls in one game in my life. Anything that could go wrong in that game did and it's really sad they had to learn this way. So what happens this week? I can tell you this ND won't turn the ball over 5 times. Notre Dame is currently a 3 point favorite, in many spots. So Notre Dame loses and is now a 3 point favorite, hmm. Anyways I guess my point is if Notre Dame loses this game we take a humongous step backwards. I don't care what anyone says we are on a different level than the Michigan team. We should score at will and should be able to make stops. I anticipate a different, more focused, more relaxed football team this week. I'm not going to give my predictions for the game but I anticipate a dominant performance, this team has something to prove.
