It was filmed the year I was born, Unc.
You've never seen it? It's a classic. Dean Wormer, double secret probation, Toga, Food fight and of course.....Belushi at his best

Inflation surprised on the downside today. Yields on bonds plunged. This is really the election. If inflation can continue to drop quickly and the fed can cut without the economy cratering, Biden wins.

It literally doesn't matter, unfortunately. There is a clear lack of fundamental understanding of what the parties stand for in terms of economic principles. Larger deficits/corporate socialism and worse 401K performance are a trademark Repub position, and modern Dem policy is cookie to the middle/lower class and a prime rib 4 course meal to the corporate class.

Arguing against your own interests and a lack of class consciousness is par for the course. Joe $70K a year thinks that corporate man will pay him more if his tax rate goes down.

Dems don't even see the economy as great once you adjust for partisanship. People really don't like inflation, and don't like high interest rates especially when it comes to buying housing. Biden is actually doing better than most European incumbents in polling. This isn't a US specific phenomena.

In a year inflation will be more of a memory and mortgage rates will be lower. The real question is how low those interest rates are and how high the unemployment rate goes to get there.

Seems to me they were influencing the election by not bringing this to light.

His decline is so noticeable. Really curious on what the Dems plans are for the election.

It's crazy to me that propagandists are pushing that Trump isn't mentally fit for the position when Joe has been struggling for some time. Neither is as sharp as they once were, but between the two Joe struggles more often. It's sad we're heading to a repeat.

The difference between the two is night and day. I haven't noticed a decline in Donnie myself, but I haven't been watching much of his campaign.

I don't see how anyone can claim Trump is "dangerous" at this point, didn't he prove that BS wrong in his first term? He wasn't even "dangerous" to crooked Hillary or any of the Epstein crowd for that matter. "Dangerous"? Laughable.

All the fear mongering that went on into that first term, that Trump would be launching nukes and couldn't be trusted with the codes, and the wars he would start. It was a pretty quiet 4 years in that regard, especially considering what we're up against right now with a proxy war in Ukraine and the Middle East. Those same propagandists now claim he'll usher in a dictatorship and it'll be the end of democracy despite the fact we've already been through one of his terms. The talking points change, but the fear mongering remains.
