I suggest you do some research, compile a list of who you think the Feds can convict on that, and send your findings to the powers that be.

The way i read that, "force" is a pretty major component. Before you waste any time reviewing the tape, it might be worth nailing down how "force" is defined by the statute, or how the courts have historically defined it.

I've stated before that I think all politicians should be unable to run for public office once they're past 65, left or right. That was the age originally set for Social Security benefits as far as retirement. I realize some people are capable of leading past that age, but some clearly are not. Trump says a lot of stupid stuff, but he rarely was at a podium looking lost or stammering as Biden has the last two years. If you had to choose which individual is sharper and quicker on their feet I don't know how you pick Biden between the two of them.
