Bombshell: Ex-CIA Chief Confessed He Got 50 Colleagues To Co-sign False Hunter Biden Laptop Letter In Bed To ‘Help Biden’
Story by David Wetzel • Yesterday 8:15 AM
Joe Biden's presidential campaign allegedly urged a top United States official to "help Biden" by getting signatures stating that the investigation on Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.
The Biden camp reportedly asked former acting CIA Director Mike Morell to "help Biden" get 50 colleagues to sign a letter in October 2020 stating that the allegations about Hunter Biden's laptop having damning information was merely a ploy by the Russians to undermine the United States.

Morell told the House Judiciary Committee during a private sworn testimony that Antony Blinken, now the secretary of state, was the Biden camp official who asked him "on or before" Oct. 17, 2020, to organize signatures to say the allegations against Hunter Biden were Russian misinformation.
That came three days after the New York Post published an email from the laptop that suggested Hunter Biden introduced a Ukrainian business partner to his father, who at the time was the vice president of the United States.

Morell told House members that he had no intention of exonerating Biden until after Blinken's call.
However, he did admit that the conversation "triggered … that intent."
Morell received an email containing a USA Today report that claimed the FBI was looking into whether the probe into Hunter Biden's laptop was part of a "disinformation campaign."

The email was signed by Andrew Bates, then-director of Biden's rapid-response team.

Morell told lawmakers that he did "a little bit of my own research" before speaking with CIA senior operations officer Marc Polymeropoulos for advice on putting together a letter that would discredit the New York Post's reporting.
Morell then collected signatures from 51 former intelligence personnel, including his own and four other former CIA directors such as John Brennan and Leon Panetta.
According to Morell, he sent an email to Nick Shapiro, former deputy chief of staff to Brennan, saying that the Biden campaign wanted the letter to go to one particular reporter with the Washington Post.
However, Morell said he didn't know why the Biden camp wanted the letter to go to that particular reporter.
It turned out that Shapiro took the letter to POLITICO, which published it on Oct. 19 with a headline saying "Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former officials say."

The letter claimed that the New York Post's story had all the signs of Russian disinformation.
Biden then used that information during a debate against Donald Trump.
Morell told House lawmakers that he then received a call from Steve Ricchetti, chairman of the Biden campaign, thanking him for preparing the letter.
“He was the head of the Biden campaign at the time … Steve thanked me for putting the statement out. And that was the extent of the conversation," according to the New York Post.
He was a front-runner for the 1988 nomination but Joe actually got held accountable for plagiarism & false claims and had to bow out. I think future GT HC George O’Leary was his campaign manager.Joe has been a career politician that has used his position over the years for he and his family’s gain. People thought that since he looks like a loving grandfather, wasn’t a blowhard and was VP under Obama he was the perfect choice for POTUS.
He’s just another corrupt politician that knows how to play the game without drawing attention.

Eh. It’s definitely wrong, but nothing is on par with what Trump did.If this pans out, this is every bit on the same level as Trump trying to change votes.

It’s ok. It’s not as bad as rape & sexual assault but voters were ok w/ blaming the victim in ‘92 & 96. Then to an extent it repeated itself in the form of a Republican in 2016 & 2020. The more things change the more they stay the same.I had totally forgotten about that.
Hunter was just discussing adoption matters.Eh. It’s definitely wrong, but nothing is on par with what Trump did.
Yep, it’s not a political thing……it’s a people with power who feel they are above the law thing…….that gets twisted into a political thing. The story is as old as mankind. It’s ok. A president using his power to get 50 agents to sign a fake document casting blame in another direction and getting one of your appointees to publicly lie isn't as bad? Pretty damn close and right up there with Nixon and Watergate.Eh. It’s definitely wrong, but nothing is on par with what Trump did.
It is bad, if true.A president using his power to get 50 agents to sign a fake document casting blame in another direction and getting one of your appointees to publicly lie isn't as bad? Pretty damn close and right up there with Nixon and Watergate.
He wasn't President at the time.A president using his power to get 50 agents to sign a fake document casting blame in another direction and getting one of your appointees to publicly lie isn't as bad? Pretty damn close and right up there with Nixon and Watergate.
Seriously? Seriously?? That's going to be your excuse for it being no big deal? He was the Democrat nominee for president and was the Vice President using his influence as such to get high ranking government officials to knowingly lie to the American public in order to divert attention and blame from him and his family. He wasn't President at the time.
That alone makes the situations different
Where did he say it was no big deal? C’mon, man.Seriously? Seriously?? That's going to be your excuse for it being no big deal? He was the Democrat nominee for president and was the Vice President using his influence as such to get high ranking government officials to knowingly lie to the American public in order to divert attention and blame from him and his family.
Ahh, how are you so stupid?Seriously? Seriously?? That's going to be your excuse for it being no big deal? He was the Democrat nominee for president and was the Vice President using his influence as such to get high ranking government officials to knowingly lie to the American public in order to divert attention and blame from him and his family.
That's a poor response to getting exposed for saying something ridiculous. Joe "only" being the VP instead of the President is completely irrelevant to how bad this is. Now, address the issue instead of calling me a name when you get rebutted. This is the adult world, not 7th grade.Ahh, how are you so stupid?
Different maybe, but just as bad.He wasn't President at the time.
That alone makes the situations different
At least the Democrats are going to give their own party a chance to challenge Joe in 2024 on the debate stage.Different maybe, but just as bad.
You led us all to believe you are OK with this for the past six years. 😏Seriously? Seriously?? That's going to be your excuse for it being no big deal? He was the Democrat nominee for president and was the Vice President using his influence as such to get high ranking government officials to knowingly lie to the American public in order to divert attention and blame from him and his family.
How so? I've defended Trump when your side pushed the whole Russian asset/Steele Dossier lie, and I've criticized him when he was wrong. I'm against dishonesty from any quarter, not just from my opponent's.You led us all to believe you are OK with this for the past six years. 😏
You defended a coup, telephonic evidence of Trump twisting the arms of state election officials, rallying around Jan. 6 prisoners, blackmail of the Ukrainian president, gross overt voter suppression, calls for police brutality from the White House, coddling of white supremacy and authoritarian foreign leaders, and internment camps for children. Simultaneously you have dismissed a wide range of criminal behavior that has Trump awaiting legal action in multiple jurisdictions. Just this week you have demanded Biden’s head for the still unproven accusations while ignoring the Trump family’s glaring conflicts of interest with foreign entities. His son in law got a billion dollar loan from the Saudi’s, and you didn’t raise an eyebrow. How so? I've defended Trump when your side pushed the whole Russian asset/Steele Dossier lie, and I've criticized him when he was wrong. I'm against dishonesty from any quarter, not just from my opponent's.
We've argued about Trump ad nauseum in the Trump thread. He's not in the White House now. Your guy is. "Yeah, but what about Trump?" isn't a valid reply to ever accusation about the current president. What do you think about the former director of the CIA testifying under oath to Congress that Joe's campaign had him falsify a letter saying the intelligence community considered the stuff from Hunter's laptop to be a Russian disinformation campaign? Do you not consider Joe selling access and favors through his son a threat to democracy? Do you consider using high officials to provide a false cover story to divert attention from such just before an election to be serious, grossly dishonest, an abuse of power, and a threat to democracy?
You have quite the imagination. I've never defended Trump about Jan. 6th. I've just said it wasn't anything close to a coup. That's your side being hysterical and trying to make it a lot more than it was. He didn't put children into internment camps. He used the same facilities as Obama used and in the exact same way. Again, hyperbole and dishonesty from your side. As for the rest, I don't recall ever even commenting on those matters. Stop making stuff up and deflecting. If I said it once I said it a hundred times. If Biden did something wrong, prosecute him. You, on the other hand, refuse to wipe the orange spunk off your chin from fellating the obvious head of a criminal enterprise. And you are not smart enough to be ashamed of your own deeply ironic hypocrisy.
Seriously? You asked a question about defending Trump. And I answered. Too bad you “can’t remember.” But let’s get real … you comment on every fucking thing … part of being “the adult in the room, I guess. I suppose most children want to be grown-ups!You have quite the imagination. I've never defended Trump about Jan. 6th. I've just said it wasn't anything close to a coup. "But Trump!!!!" is deflection. Joe is the president and this is the Biden Presidency thread and he's the one who certainly appears to have created a scandal of Watergate proportions. Selling your office via your crackhead son and using the CIA to falsely and knowingly dismiss the accusations in order to mislead the American public dwarfs anything Trump did, even the stuff your side made up.
Now, stick to the subject and stop deflecting. Do you not consider Joe selling access and favors through his son a threat to democracy? Do you consider using high officials to provide a false cover story to divert attention from such just before an election to be serious, grossly dishonest, an abuse of power, and a threat to democracy?
I don't live "down in Dixie" and the original question wasn't about Trump, it was about the huge scandal surrounding the CURRENT president and was asked in the thread about the CURRENT president. Stop deflecting and dodging and spinning. We already have enough of that. Answer the questions in the Biden thread about Biden. You rant about dishonest politicians and threats to democracy. Here's a HUGE one from your side. Yes or no, are you going to be deaf, dumb & blind when it's "your guy" or not?Seriously? You asked a question about defending Trump. And I answered. Too bad you “can’t remember.” But let’s get real … you comment on every fucking thing … part of being “the adult in the room, I guess. I suppose most children want to be grown-ups!
Your lack of recall only demonstrates that, even though you have an opinion about everything, you don’t really stand by anything you say. I don’t know what they call that down in Dixie, but up here in the north we call that being full of shit!

Eh...I think wrong doing from the sitting President will always be more of a concern than from a candidate.Different maybe, but just as bad.
Lol, I've attempted to give you real responses. You consistently respond with more stupidity rather than substanceThat's a poor response to getting exposed for saying something ridiculous.
