That 2012 team had the best OL in CFB, plus TJ Yeldon, Eddie Lacey and Amari Cooper. They were insanely good.

The only reason they lost a game was they had a grind of 4 straight weeks against top 15 teams.

That 2012 team was probably Saban’s best team until 2020. They were very deep and incredibly balanced on offense. That might’ve been Saban’s best coaching job, too. They lost almost their entire defense as well as all of their starting WR’s, and star RB from the year before. Outside of their O-Line, they had several question marks entering that season.

I think they had ~24 NFL draft picks playing in the game including a dozen or so guys picked in the first two rounds. This Bama team would get run off the field by the 2012 Bama team.

Then you need glasses. The call was unnecessary roughness, and it was the definition of unnecessary. Guy was already on the ground, there was literally no need to dive at the guy's head. But you're apparently as blind as your posts suggest you are dumb, so I'll give you some benefit of the doubt.

Georgia destroyed them and TCU put an ass beating on them the following year. They're tied in the second quarter against an underwhelming bama team. That's what they've done in playoffs so far.
