Hit a deer with my truck. Broke both its hind legs. Was inside city limits so called Valpo PD to dispatch the animal. First officer didn’t want to do the paperwork so he called swat. swat officer shows up with a scoped, semiauto, paramilitary rifle. Took him a good 10 minutes to size the animal up from 10 feet away. He put 9 rounds in it! I thought he was going for the whole clip. Definitely did not fill me with confidence
