Easier than you think. The school recruits itself (weather, girls, social scene), how Erickson managed to achieve so little with so much talent is anyone's guess. It was well documented he had no control over his team, but a monkey could have won 9 games with the Devils this year. Pathetic really.

Never liked Dennis Erickson. Remember the beating his Oregon State Beaver's laid on us about 10-12 years ago in a bowl game? that's when I knew the game was changing, speed and a spread offense wee the future for college programs. He was at Miami back when, a little NFL stint as well. He coaches his teams to play dirty. I remember when he went to Arizona 5 years ago, I thought-`good riddance'. He's another Pete Carroll, if there can be anybody else that low.

I get it, phork. But I used to frequent a Colts board where things degenerated to where almost every damn post was "wrong forum". I had to leave, and it was too bad. Yeah, there's another forum for this, but let the mods do their job, and if they don't move it, hey, its not the end of the world.

Ehm...let's keep this on topic gentleman. This thread is about the removal of Erickson as Sun Devils' coach not about how it is in the wrong forum.

If you want, I can make a thread specifically about that.

I could win big at ASU though. Surprisingly, they haven't contacted me yet. I wonder what the hold up is.
