Idk hard to say because I don't often get to sit down for a long stretch and just work them out. I think the Westworld one I did most of the heavy lifting in one day I had off. So maybe 8 good hours. The stranger things one a little bit longer maybe three days of work total. That one is way more subtle, doesn't really show up well in that shot.

Yes I do. I've got a couple of dog commissions i'm working on right now lol. I also sell prints. I just did a run of my Cavs painting, I'm pretty sure I've posted that one on here before, but here's a picture of a few of the prints getting framed up for a customer. (framing is my day job)
