Saying "Amen" to the losing response is so fvcking sad. This shit shouldn't even be debatable but here we are clapping to the DISSENTING REMARKS of a sane judge surrounded by lunacy. Our legal and justice system is a complete joke on so many levels.

Chiles v. Salazar- Let’s call this what it was. The law told therapists they couldn’t tell a boy he’s a boy or a girl she’s a girl. It literally restricted what they were allowed to say, even if it was basic biological reality. A sick liberal law and a deranged justice.

That’s why the Supreme Court nuked it 8–1. The Court said Colorado crossed the line by policing viewpoints in private conversations. That’s a First Amendment problem, plain and simple.

And Jackson was the only one who sided with the restriction. Even others you’d expect to go that direction didn’t. That should raise eyebrows about how she sees free speech.

No, the one that Kagan pointed out doesn’t know how to read precedent in the 8-1 decision. The one that has used more words than all of the male justices combined and is getting schooled in opinion after opinion. The symbolic pick of Biden.

If you're trying to make the point that both sides will blow up our Constitution and political institutions and precedent, then fine, you made your point because it will be true that post Trump, ANYTHING will go.

If you're trying to call out Democrats - See point one above, don't even go there because Trump and MAGA, again, have blown up everything at this point, so it's already been done.

(Third side point, I don't believe Jeffries and a Democrat-controlled Congress (or at least House) will be able to do anything because - again, see point one above - Trump and his admin have blown up everything including elections (as we'll soon see) so that won't be happening IMO.)

I don't think there's a need to state the obvious and you won't agree with me anyway. Let's just say it's not your father Democracy and Constitutional Republic. I will admit that mid-term elections haven't been actually blown up yet, but there is certainly all kind of mayhem and shenanigans heading their way for sure... Donnie and team don't want to lose power and be defending themselves in a myriad of lawsuits and prosecutions, that's for sure!

Stupid... Just calling what I see, and if I'm wrong and we have free and fair elections, then the House (and maybe the Senate) will be a changing, and I will be happy as a lark and admit I was paranoid, but right now, I don't see that happening.
