I think its nuts that of all of the worlds problems and even America's problems were complaining about gender confusion and people's ability to kill babies.
Go right to the source if you want to see what's real and what isn't, folks. You can see the laws that are being passed by state legislatures week in and week out. It's completely nuts.

Idaho Republicans are going all the way now too.
This is why voting matters. Amazing that these people can be voted out of office and replaced with people that the people of Idaho want to lead and bring change.

Yep. I think it's ridiculous that there are no exceptions for the mothers health. A fallopian tube pregnancy is only going to kill the mother and the baby.
Let the people vote them out.

Well then you would have to assume that the people of Idaho want those types of policies?

They were led away, but not arrested. They played it off though because they knew the media would run with it

If you don't know who Alex Stein is he's an aspiring comedian and general troll that messes with liberal politicians. Last week he was on the congressional steps and catcalling AOC to mess with her, kept talking about her big booty. She took it well at the time, stopped for a selfie and threw up a peace sign, but then made a big deal about it on Twitter later saying she almost decked him. The reference here is her husband is seen as a bit of a cuck or Beta, he didn't bother to say anything or acknowledge Stein at all. She wears the pants in that family.

Clearly you haven't listened to this mensa level explanation. Slippery slope defenders surely will be able to justify it.

You mean the slippery slope from gay marriage is where it ends and you guys are dumb hicks for thinking we’re going to continue driving bedroom politics after this to—-> 10 years later

All 2nd graders in a class flipping their pronoun when one says they changed theirs? If that same kid had said they wanted brownies for lunch, I suspect the entire class would want them.

Shameless promotion of an agenda by an adult.

Is it fair to say that Kansas rejected Dobbs last night at the ballot box?
I am probably mistaken, but didn't Dobbs declare that abortion was not a constitutionally (US Constitution) protected right, and that the authority to regulate abortions belongs to the states? Wasn't the Kansas referendum about whether to eliminate the right to abortion, by way of a change to the state constitution of Kansas? If that is the case, it seems that what happened in Kansas was perfectly compatible with how the Supreme Court ruled - giving the authority to regulate abortions to the people and their state legislatures.

What do you think?

I think the backlash may only just be starting.

Nah. Frankly, it's all but impossible for a state to reject Dobbs.

SCOTUS effectively said, "hey states, have at it! Do your thing." If a state legislates on it, they followed Dobbs. If a state doesn't legislate, they've followed Dobbs.

I have to think an inherently racist policy, though well intended, will be tossed.
Sounds like prior cases said "affirmative action is ok in limited circumstances." The most recent AA case seemed to say "still OK but time is ticking." Plaintiff says time is up. UNC/Govt say not yet but we'll let you know when it is.

Those guys have tons of briefs and I'm sure it's much more complicated than that, but that answer didn't seem to satisfy the Justices.

Rochford winning wasn't too much of a surprise.

O'Brien winning probably was.
