It's actually not true. Much better chance to score in transition.

Yeah, when there is less than 10 seconds on the clock its much better to let the frenzy and chaos on the court create a scoring opportunity than to call a time out and allow the defense to set up

Connaughton is such a freaking fighter. You have to love it. Mind of a champion

There were 3 seconds left. A heave from just past half would've been the only transition attempt possible.

Auguste was near mid court with 2 second left when the call was made. If he passed that to grant he would've been at the 3 point arc before buzzer. It takes about 4 total seconds to get up the court.

Cannot believe that 3 rimmed out. Perfect execution until the finish on that play.

A little curious why Jackson was so inconsolable... Don't like that lack of composure/immaturity?

But love that Grant and Connaughton were all over him and Auguste to move on. That leadership is fantastic.

We are gonna win this

Grant was beside him. And you have to take in to account the time to rise and release. I can see both sides, I just think if I'm Brey and I see Auguste come down with the rebound and take off dribbling, I'm calling a TO.

Disagree. Danny Ainge drove the length of the floor and hit a layup to beat us in 2.9 seconds.
