We have had trouble landing the "blue chip" legacies and former players kids is the problem.

ND ain’t really in a place to criticize spending money currently (complimentary)

We've gone head to head with each of those teams at least 5 times this cycle. Don't think ND is gonna all of a sudden get gun shy with a legacy at a position of difficulty
