Sounds like Michigan now the leader per all the national writers at on3
There have been diverging theories in his recruitment on Notre Dame, once considered the leader. One is that once Al Washington left the staff, a lot of the air was let out of the balloon. The other is that the Irish offer so much on and off the field and his relationship with Charlie Partridge is growing so much that they remain a top contender.
Fakatou hinted at the latter during an interview after his Ohio State visit where he said the Buckeyes are now up there with Notre Dame. But visits and NIL packages will be crucial as the decision gets closer.
The part about them being right up with ND is the thing that stands out. Like he hasn't visited, we have a new DL coach, there has been Georgia buzz, Michigan buzz, Ohio State buzz...yet we still come upThe latest chatter is with OSU following his visit.

Lucky Charms: Notre Dame targets from Texas — including SEC commit — set spring visits
Here are today’s Lucky Charms, a Monday-through-Thursday insider notes article on Notre Dame football recruiting.www.on3.com
Feels similar to JOB’s recruitment for sure. ND is the constant always.
Agreed. They'll also have the Shields Family Hall that will likely wow players and their families.I have a strong feeling once spring visits begin we're going to begin to have a lot of positive recruiting news. With all the new faces I'm sure it's been tough to build relationships, but once they meet face to face, especially if parents are there, then things will start to trend in a positive direction.
This is where I am at. We seem to keep hearing about guys looking elsewhere, but I don't think we have had many, if any, guys really on campus yet. I bet that we start getting some good news, or at least a bunch of momentum, in the next month.I have a strong feeling once spring visits begin we're going to begin to have a lot of positive recruiting news. This is the DL version of Kemon Spell.

That is 1 point i can agree with you on 100%Honestly, he seems like a kid enjoying the process. A bit impressionable. A little Joey O'Brien vibes. If we can get his last OV, I would be pleased
No get her on payroll, she's great PR for the University and football program.
Momma VA is ND's best west coast recruiter.
