His release is super quick and he throws a great deep ball. He’ll have a couple of years to develop before he ever takes a meaningful snap in a gold helmet. I like him better than Hart. Hope he commits!

I agree! He looks very promising and looks to have a ton of upside. I like the different arm angles and quick release. Clearly a TON of potential there from an arm talent standpoint. Haven't really seen Hart yet but I understand he's a better mover out of the pocket than Grubbs. We'll see, can't seem to go wrong with a high talent kid like this as long as he knows how to read a defense

He has a quick release yeah. The arm motion was never the problem with Buchner it was the lack of reps playing QB and also the injury against Marshall. Thankfully Grubbs has been a starting QB since he was a freshman....so we got that box checked.

He's obviously sending graphics materials around for the announcement.

Just keep stacking up on high quality, big bodied quarterbacks and it’ll be difficult to mess things up. I love what Freeman and Gino have done with the QB room.

2026 QB class isn't that strong, nobody really looks "elite" as in classes past aside from Lyons and maybe 1-2 others. Has alot of "solid" prospects in it though, '27 is where you try to land the next big prospect.
