I did see where the leader in receiving for shop Gorman has a whopping 61.7 yards a game & just ahead of Meadows the guy has 36.7 yards a game and Meadows is way back in 3rd with 34.3 yards a game. I would be more concerned with how many passes he didn’t catch versus the yards per game.

1. He's played 8 games so this isn't crazy to think. To illustrate, Meadows has about half of his stats in two games only because he's only had two games with more than 50 yards. You'd think Bettis having three 100 yard+ games would be a positive? And by the way, he had 89 more against 8-1 Decatur last Friday including a 59 yard gain (Big Play Bus?), giving him 466 through 9 games.
2. Even if your math was right on his percent stats in terms of receiving yards, you can't conveniently leave out that he plays both ways. He has 2 INTs and 2 FFs as a safety and he's had multiple tackles every game. It's hard to criticize a guy for not being productive enough when his role is limited on offense so he can help his team on defense.

If you're not sold on Bettis as a prospect, fine. I'm not going to change your mind. But you should recognize that it's not on the basis of his HS output.

I know this is all in good fun, funny, etc. but I hope I wasn’t the only who thought it was disgusting to find out one of our players was having sex with a quasi prostitute old enough to be his mother. I just remember thinking, “what kind of kids are we recruiting?”

Definitely grossed me out. Never understood the appeal. She looked like a grandma even back int he day.

Maybe my boi JB just watched American Pie and found himself on the same wavelength as Finch 🤷🏼‍♂️? Lisa Ann is definitely hotter than Stifler’s mom though…
