Technically the 505 green Chile is made in the 575 in Hatch NM but god bless green chile. I just made some queso this evening with green chile I smuggled on the plane last week.

I know, I know. He had some health issues too if I remember correctly. I’m just saying, Hegarty was a consensus blue chip, top 100 player, and New Mexico’s biggest recruit since Nebraska’s Bobby Newcombe. Oddly enough, both had similar careers.

I think I saw some stat that New Mexico was one of the bottom 5 states in terms of producing collegiate talent, so being skeptical is warranted in my opinion. Posa’s highlight reel is impressive to watch though.

Sparkys is excellent and when in Hatch you have to go but El Jacillito, the former Jake’s Cafe, and even The Game have great green chile burgers. The Game has these breaded green Chile strips that are fantastic.
