I’m not absolving Kirby here, but how exactly does he police a hundred 18–22 years olds, half of which are millionaires, 24/7. Not possible without relying heavily on team leadership.

It may say more about policing from program to program. Georgia fans might be right - maybe Athens PD enforces the law, while other college towns sometimes turn a blind eye, which isn’t uncommon with athletes in college environments.I’m sure it can’t be that hard, as Georgia seems to be the only football program with a chronic problem of wreckless driving and DUIs
