I don't know, D is in my opinion struggling the most recruiting wise and they're returning the entire defensive staff plus Freeman is obviously a defensive guy.

Our corners are solid but not great, but we haven't landed what we need on the DL. I like Waffle but he's kinda undersized and young has huge potential but has a ways to go. After Dline haul last year we need some monsters in the middle and way more athleticism/length on the outside. We're in on some really good players, but not clear favorites. LB has been a struggle and we're really hitting on diamonds in the rough type. Safety is even more of a struggle and there's so much opportunity for PT.
Athleticism and length?

We have two edge guys 6’4 and 6’5 in which both play stand up edge roles and one also plays some off ball LB. At their respective sizes, I’d say they offer both length and athleticism.

Screenshot this one as I’ll be prepared to die on this hill. The combo of Mullins and Young is going to be very good.

Even Wafle is pretty athletic. A future Nose Tackle who plays fullback

If I were that guy, I’d say he’s stoked and hope he picks Nebraska in order to save this noodle brained useless Defensive staff, the embarrassment of reaching so badly.
are you the poster a lot seemed to want banned recently for constantly bashing our recruiting class and now just under a new name. because i'm reading a lot bashing from you about our class in various threads and you are new here from what your profile on the side says.

Go to a bar, or if you don't drink go to a grocery store or something....meet a girl. Life has to be better than creating dozens of accounts on a free website to troll people.
Am I the only one on here who wants ND to win a Title in the next 30 years? Bc as far as I can tell, Im the only one who knows you can’t recruit like shit and win one.

I asked about a player comp in the Cole Mullins thread and thought about one for Rezac too. What's your guys thoughts on a comp between him and Nolan Ziegler?

Clemson’s average class ranking for their first title under Dabo was 16th, with zero top 10 classes, & only three 5 Stars on the entire roster.
They just had Deshaun Watson at QB.

So you can win a title recruiting that way.

Here is the blue chip percentage (247) from Kelly's last 4 classes before Freeman arrived to help out with the 2022 class. These classes were all during seasons where ND won double-digit games.

2018: 14/27
2019: 17/22
2020: 10/17
2021: 14/27

Total: 55/93 (59.1%)

Here is the blue chip percentage from all of his other classes:

2011: 11/23
2012: 11/17
2013: 19/23
2014: 16/22
2015: 14/23
2016: 10/23
2017: 10/21
*2022: 18/22

Other classes: 109/174 (62.6%)

Total of all classes: 164/267 (61.4%)

*I included the 2022 class even though he left before the signing days were over. Not including 2022, the blue chip percentage was 59.6%.

Let's take a look at the blue chip percentage from Freeman's classes:
2023: 19/23
2024: 11/14

Total: 30/37 (81.1%)

Don't feed the trolls, my friend. None of this will matter to him.

Unfortunate, He’s probably stuck at mid 3 star status now since he can’t pile in the offers and likely won’t get a all star invite.
