I had ONE parking ticket in College that I hadn't paid. They wouldn't issue my diploma until it was paid...

I got a ticket right away, for a lot I didn't realize was off limits for students.- came in a nice waterproof orange envelope. Kept it with the old paid ticket and slid it under my wiper whenever I needed that closer lot. No one ever double checked it.

That's no shit....I lived in Beacon Hill for 3 years and had to run a paper to West Quad in winter. Was in the damn building no more than 5 minutes and the parking Nazi got me.
