The Ball State tickets ran high. But you did get 1 freebie. But crazy how the school could have too few commuter spots but get mad if I parked in an empty parking garage.
I had ONE parking ticket in College that I hadn't paid. They wouldn't issue my diploma until it was paid...

I got a ticket right away, for a lot I didn't realize was off limits for students.- came in a nice waterproof orange envelope. Kept it with the old paid ticket and slid it under my wiper whenever I needed that closer lot. No one ever double checked it.

That's no shit....I lived in Beacon Hill for 3 years and had to run a paper to West Quad in winter. Was in the damn building no more than 5 minutes and the parking Nazi got me.

IDK if he’s playing the first snap therefore “starting” but I fully expect him to be taking every meaningful snap he’s healthy for as the year goes on. I’m higher than him at WR than all but maybe 5 WRs in football. He’s a mix of Fuller and Fiason.

Lets just pump the brakes and enjoy the 2nd day of spring, and hopefully winter weather behind us soon
I don’t think he’s really overhyping anything. It’s a fact that this is the most talented roster in the modern era by a pretty decent margin.

My expectations for him are pretty high. I have no idea of his short time at OSU but as a prospect I thought he was terrific. Can’t wait to see him and Carr play together
There were not enough opportunities for him at Ohio St behind Smith, Tate, Inniss, and Max Klare. These 4 caught nearly everything last season. There's a reason Ohio St didn't want to lose him and ND fought like crazy and ultimately got him. Getting him and Porter from Ohio St in a fierce battle totally signaled how serious this program is about delivering a championship.

I hate posts like this, we aren’t coach’s we are fans so why exactly do we have to pump the breaks? This team is loaded with talent and has legit preseason national championship hype. ND is winning a title this fall/winter, get on the train

Fuller was a legit 4.3 guy who played faster than that. Will never forget his td to catch a bomb v. UVA in 2015 to win the game at the end. Dude just literally blew past secondaries. Graham is more a 4.45 guy but still very fast. Yes agree about the Faison comp. Great shiftiness. He's got the tools to be special.

Graham was a legit star WR coming out of high school and the best WR coach in the country wanted him extremely badly. Brian Hartline knows what the hell he's doing, and if he wants you, chances are you can play.

Let's look at 3 guys that were similarly highly rated that Hartline recruited and have similar measurables build / play style as Graham.

Chris Olave (6'0, 185lbs): Absolute stud at Ohio State. First round NFL Draft Pick. 2nd Team All Pro WR in the NFL.

Garrett Wilson (6'1,185lbs): Absolute stud at Ohio State. First Round NFL Draft Pick. Pro Bowl WR in the NFL.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba (6'0, 195lbs): Absolute stud at Ohio State. First Round NFL Draft Pick. Pro Bowl WR in the NFL.

Mylan Graham was going to be Hartline's "next one" in this mold. ND got extremely lucky that Hartline left for South Florida and that Graham happens to be from Indiana and is extremely close with Tae Johnson. If Graham stays healthy and Denbrock, Brown and the two WR assistants develop him properly, he's going to follow in the footsteps of the guys I listed above. He genuinely has that level of talent. He just needs opportunity, physical development and a QB that will feature him. I think he's going to get all three at ND.

ND's wide receiver room is low key going to be one of best in the country in 2026. Assuming they play 6 guys in the regular rotation...

Mylan Graham
Jordan Faison
Jaden Greathouse
Elijah Burress
Quincy Porter
Cam Williams or Micah Gilbert.

That's an awesome 6 man group. A significant combination of experience, talent, speed, size, variety in skill set, etc... And if someone gets hurt Bubba Frazier and Kaydon Finley are waiting in the wings for their opportunity.

What a difference two years makes.

Ohio State fans were irate here left. Many hated the personnel they used last year and not getting him in

He undoubtedly has star potential. It was easy to see on high school film. ND wanted him badly. Academics were an issue. Ohio State knew exactly who he was.

He and his buddy Tae Johnson could both be 1st round picks before long.

This is a great post and so telling of what Graham can become. Some feel Smith-Njigba is the best NFL wr currently and just won a ring. ND landing Graham and Porter are the battles that ND hasn't won before or really even attempted. They are enormous recruiting wins and potentially transformational in terms of ND football and how they get new players.

To be fair, Brandon Inniss is still on campus at OSU and also profiles similarly, but has not produced nearly as much despite his lofty rankings coming out of high school. With one year to go, however, and the most significant opportunity to play he will have had yet with the departure of Carnell Tate to the NFL and some roster defections to the Portal, I suspect that he explodes this year opposite Jeremiah Smith.

Could be like Nabers?
I keep going back to comparisons to Jameson Williams. Similar build, similar skillset, similar situation.

Williams was overshadowed by guys like Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave, then he went to Alabama and showed out.

Don't know if he'll be "Jameson Williams" level impactful, that's would be an absolute best-case scenario, but he has the kind of speed and dynamic play capability that ND needs on the field. You honestly may need both him and Faison on the field at the same time a lot, because that kind of speed at receiver is game-changing.

If no one steps up as an alpha boundary wr, i say we go with Field, Graham, and whoever is next best (Greathouse is on my prove it list)
