Hey ain’t coming to ND. He does seem to love Coach Wash but I‘d bet he’s SEC bound…most likely Fayetteville. Maybe he realized he has to take a foreign language or some other cumbersome crap to get eligible or the recruiting trips & non-stop interviews are starting to get old when he knows ND isn’t a realistic option.

Ryan Roberts & Driskell just said on their recruiting podcast that with movement on ND’s board and other factors, Lindsey is not a priority to the staff anymore & not the priority Lindsey wants to be. So unless something changes quickly, ND won’t be in the equation anymore.

I think it’s more likely that he’s feeling the love from in-state U and he’s riding that high

Driskell and Roberts always do this. When a recruit drifts elsewhere they spin it as ND backs off. If a player enters the portal its because he was passed by others and wasnt good anyways. Singer called this habit out the other day over the Smith twins.

ISD is saying the same thing, though. Have no idea if it's true or not, but it seems as if ND cooled on Lindsey and the Smith twins -- not vice versa.

I can tell you a million stories about Singer & how clueless he is.
He is 100% wrong about what he was saying about Smith in that rant.
As they hinted, something happened within a 24 hour span (Mullins committing) that made ND no longer an option for Smith.
Singer doesn’t know shit, so he didn’t know Mullins had already committed, and he didn’t know that ND likes Mullins & Young better then the Smith twins.
Roberts & Dridkell literally hinted to all of it before it happened, Singer goes off on an uneducated rant, and turns out IB was correct.

I’m going to make this crystal clear. Singer has no sources or connections. Kyle Kelly already has more at ND than him. Singer reads other sites, then when he sees something he contacts that recruit, so he can say it’s his own info, but it’s always hours late. That’s why once every other month when he actually gets a scoop, he goes out of his way to say, “as first reported by BGI,” because every other time he is last.

People don’t like Driskell, I get it, but he and Ryan Roberts actually have legit info.
And some of us know things a day or two ahead of time because of talking to them.

Exactly, that’s why I said “sites” earlier.

247, ISD & IB all agree on something, Singer doesn’t know, so he attacks them.

You can walk away from a recruitment for other reasons than just them being talented or not.

The Smith Bros, IMO, just aren’t worth saving spots for from a talent standpoint.

On Lindsey, I think he is but he’s also a guy that was rumored to be largely distant from the coaching staff for stretches of this off-season.

At some point, you may just choose to move the energy/attention elsewhere because it’s not going anywhere.

Yes you can. You don't take just anyone because you have a need. It's about taking the right guys and the ones you feel the best long-term about. The four-stars they turn down, will have had their spots given to other four-stars.

Mullins will be a four-star before it's all over.

Remember Aaron Armitage?
He was a top 200 DL that ND passed over for Onye.
People lost their mind & couldn’t believe ND passed, they thought ND just got beat out.
On the BGI board, the day before Armitage put out his top 3, Singer said ND was his leader. I literally posted on the board that ND wanted Onye, & not Armitage (which I was directly told over text). The next day Armitage releases his top 3 & ND isn’t in it & Singer says he is “shocked” ND wasn’t in it.
I jump back in and tell him to read my post from the day before & he goes off on the same rant, “ND fans just can’t believe they got beat out, it’s always because they passed on a recruit…”
When he literally posted the day before ND was Armitage’s leader & I publicly told him on the board ND passed on Armitage because they were getting Onye.
That’s how clueless Singer is.

Does Singer no longer have subscriptions to 247, IB, and ISD? I guess he'll no longer be reading them all and combining them when he does recruiting updates. :LOL:

He’s been extra bitchy lately with Kyle Kelly coming over & traveling more in the first couple months than Singer has in 4 years to see recruits.

My guess is he'll get a bump when all is said and done. It certainly won't hurt his ranking that it appears he won't be heading to ND.

Also doesn't say he's taking visits to ND. Just says his process. The other he specifically says no more ND visits.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but both can be true.

Transferring to play for IMG Academy his senior season.

His HS HC just left Bryant to be new HC at nearby rival school. He had won 5 straight 7A State Championships so everyone was wondering why he left.

MVP for their 2022 state championship game announced he wasn’t playing football his senior year in order to concentrate on baseball & his health. He is a Univ of Arkansas baseball commit & stuggled w/ AC joint issues from football injuries. Per the HC policy, however; he did not receive a state championship ring b/c he quit the team. Coach claims this has been a known policy for last five championships and is presented to parents at initial meeting before each season.
