Parker from OU 247 says he’s not putting in a prediction for Bowen for a variety of reasons, but tells the board they can read between the lines. IMO, he’s given the OU staff the signal he’s flipping. I hope I’m wrong, but Loy isn’t giving out much confidence either basically saying ND still confident but always uneasy when he visits OU.

Yeah a lot of people on here just don't like ROberts because of his association with Driskell but the guy is a hard worker and usually his Intel is pretty spot on. If he is saying that Bowen is still solid to ND I believe him. He usually has good sources.
