I guess it depends on how you look at it. He never made any flights or spent any money, but he told the staff he was “planning” on making it.

247 and Rivals never even had him as a “Maybe”. Unless ISD had it different or I’m missing something I never read it as he planned anything. More sounded like Singer or whoever asked him and said posssibly and then never materialized

Well, he didn't make it sound like he talks to Alabama or Tennessee very much. He hasn't even been to Oklahoma. That leaves UGA, who he speaks positively about. But he seems to have the best connection with our staff and called ND a special place. Plus all the ND writers seem confident he is in. Idk, seems a safe bet at this point.
