Old IB guy Ryan Roberts is reporting that Love "will be fine" for playoff game. Based off of his track record I'm concerned Love's leg will have to be amputated.
Irish Breakdown: There’s NO chance …. less than 0% that Denbrock will be ND’s offensive coordinator. Those guys are obviously plugged in and in the know.

ND media gonna come up with something better than "33 Trucking" for Love's Heisman campaign next year? lol

Just a constant barrage of his highlights set to “All You Need is Love”

The striking contrast between the continued humiliation of defenders set to such a soothing soundtrack is a winner

Best way to test toughness is having guys walk barefoot across a darkened bedroom full of lego pieces scattered on the floor.
The memories of purposely doing that as a child and then stepping on them as a teen when my nephews would leave them around lol.

Saquon has been household since he was a Rookie....just stay healthy and he's an MVP level player.
Being an NFL RB isn't what it used to be. Derrick Henry is on the record saying he doesn't want his son to play running back. You might be better off being a tight end at this point.

Love being a household name in the NFL seems like a tall order. I wish that for him, but I'm not betting on it.

Price is not a feature back....yes he can take it to the house but waaaaay too many stuffs and goes down on 1st contact....
Price and Williams could get the job down (especially with RL also getting his carries). That said, to make any real noise, I feel like we must have Love. He’s our best RB and, sadly, one of our best receiving threats. Price
is no threat to catch a ball out of the backfield at all.

Love is an elite athlete with a bright future but he hasn't surpassed Kyren Williams. Williams isn't the same type of athlete but he was a wizard with the ball and the kid would block a Mack truck coming through the A gap.

Love is a factor in every game but he looked different against USC before he got hurt. He was running with a purpose. If he's healthy and keeps it up. ND is gonna make a run.
I mentioned that in the USC thread. He was running like he was determined to carry the team to a win.

Sampson said in this morning's article "no major damage" after MRI. Might be sore, but will play in the playoffs

Sampson was optimistic in his article today

Jaylon is about my age i think. Seeing him run around was when my friends quit giving me a hard time about being a Notre Dame fan. It was like watching the Predator seeing him fly around.

Love is the most special back ND has had in...20+ years though? He's not just a college stud running behind a good line like Adams or something. Maybe would have to go back to Julius Jones or something? Idk I was like 10 when he was making hay.
My dad told me best RB he has seen since the Bus...just a special player

This song encapsulates him perfectly and aligns with my musical tastes...when he scores a TD, song comes on and everyone bobs their head ala Night at the Roxbury

"What is Love? Baby don't hurt me. Don't hurt me, no more." With the sideline and whole student section doing Night at the Roxbury dance.

Led Zeppelin Whole Lotta Love FTW TBH. Plenty of riffs in there to plug on first downs and then rip it all the way down on TDs. No way ND goes that route - would be too awesome.

Saquon and Derrick Henry are the two best RBs in the League. I don't know that they're household names.
They are 100% household names.

Reminds me of “Nobody Does it Better” with Walter Payton
