Mid at best TEs go on Day 2 of the NFL Draft?
He has plenty of physical traits and someone will likely take a swing but his production in college has been not great. Whatever. Im no draft expert. lol. But IMO he has been mid at the position.

Where you are drafted by the nfl isn’t a direct correlation to the player you were in college.

eli had 600 yds and 3tds in his career playing 40 games: that’s mid (whatever that means). I do think his lack of production is mainly due to his injuries, and he just became a serviceable blocker. Also, denbrock even though he coaches TEs, doesn't call a ton of plays to TEs.

It wouldn’t shock me if he’s another ND TE that is more productive in the nfl than college.

I just hope that he gets drafted at all. He deserves a paycheck for a while at least. IF he can impress the NFL with brains to understand the plays (just like the OLines must understand them), AND then block like an extended lineman, he'll "Brock-Wright" it and succeed.

I wonder how NFL teams will consider the fact that he didn't have a single touchdown last year despite having a very good season.

The latest mock draft I saw has Love going #9 at the Chiefs.

The Chiefs could use an upgrade at TE and Raridon would be a nice target for Mahomes.
